PowerUI partially supports MathML for drawing mathematical formulas. For it to work correctly, you must use a font with broad support for mathematical symbols.

By default, PowerUI is distributed with the [Latin Modern Math] font, but it is not enabled by default as relatively few people use mathematical formulas, and the font is quite large at 700kb (and we don't want it bloating the majority of projects unnecessarily).

Enabling the included font

  • Go to Path/To/PowerUI/Fonts/
  • Drag LatinModernMath (a folder) into the folder called Resources alongside it
  • It works!

This makes the font available to PowerUI, and will also always include it in your builds too.
