Dynamic Protocol

The dynamic protocol is depreciated in favour of the collection of other protocols or simply using a canvas.
PowerUI needed a way to generate complex graphics via scripting, and display them on the UI. Nowadays, canvas does that job for us (using a standard API). However, older versions of PowerUI contain an example scene showing the usage if you do wish to use it.
